Deerfield Cemetary is owned and operated by the Trustees of Union Township. Deerfield Cemetary sits on top of a hill overlooking the Village of South Lebanon. The Union Township Trustees recenty restored the chapel at the cemetary for use by the public.

Fellowship Cemetary is also owned and operated by the Union Township Trustees. Fellowship Cemetary sits along Columbia Road in the township.
